崗位職責：
2 負責公司供應商的管理Responsible for supplier management
2 制定原材料、外協(xié)件的入口檢驗規(guī)范Set entrance test specification of the raw materials and parts.
2 負責對入口檢驗員進行入口檢驗的培訓Responsible for the entrance inspector’s training of the entrance examination
2 向公司提供采購件的質量統(tǒng)計、分析數據Provide quality statistical and data analysis of the purchased parts
2 負責原材料、外購件質量異常的聯(lián)絡、溝通、處理及質量改進及PRR的跟蹤Be responsible for the quality of raw materials purchased, abnormal about contact, communication, processing and quality improvement and PRR tracking
2 對外購件的批量質量問題與供應商溝通并妥善處理，并跟蹤供應商的質量改進及PRR的跟蹤Communicate with suppliers and properly handle about the batch quality problems of the purchased parts, and follow up the supplier quality improvement and PRR tracking.
2 對客戶反饋的供應商質量問題負責與供應商溝通并確保落實糾正措施The problem for customer feedback supplier quality, responsible for communicating with supplier and ensure the implementation of corrective measures
2 負責與外購件有關的質量問題的判斷與處理，就退貨、索賠問題與供應商溝通Responsible for judging and handling the quality of purchased parts, communicate with suppliers about the return goods and the claim
2 協(xié)助物料部對供應商質量業(yè)績進行評價Assist materials department to evaluate the supplier quality performance
2 對供方進行體系審核、過程審核，并跟蹤供應商的改進System audit, process audit on supplier and tracking the improvement
2 負責供應商PPAP文件的審核Responsible for supplier PPAP file.
2 負責供應商年度質量持續(xù)改進計劃的審核及執(zhí)行情況的跟蹤Responsible for tracking the annual supplier continuous quality improvement review and implementation of the plan.
2 負責供應商ISIR樣件及標準,缺陷樣件的管理Responsible for supplier ISIR sample and standard ,defect management
2 配合質量工程師對新老項目匹配有關供應商零件的問題的分析及改進,確認. Assist Quality Engineer for old and new items matching suppliers of parts problem analysis and improvement, to confirm.
2 供應商新產品入口檢驗所需量測儀器信息的提供(給質量工程師) Provide measuring instrument information for the supplier new product entrance examination(to Quality Engineer)
2 負責供應商不合格信息的記錄及PPM計算及月度質量績效報告提交給SQE主管Responsible for supplier nonconforming information recording and PPM calculation and the monthly quality performance report to SQE Supervisor
2 供應商質量協(xié)議確認Supplier quality agreement confirmation
2 供應商年度全盤尺寸,材料,性能測試結果的確認及報告的接收Supplier annual comprehensive confirmation about size, material, performance test results and receiving report
2 每年年底統(tǒng)計供應商零件來料質量狀態(tài)制定調整下一年的抽樣計劃At the end of the year statistics component supplier incoming quality state to formulate and adjust the sampling plan for the next year
任職要求：
英文6級以上，聽、說、讀、寫能力優(yōu)秀。VDA6.3外審員資質優(yōu)先。
2 3年以上在汽車行業(yè)內質量工程師相關工作經歷。More than 3 years in the automotive industry about quality engineer working experience.
2 熟習ISO/TS16949；Familiar with the ISO/TS16949;
2 熟練AIAG五大手冊；Familiar with AIAG five Handbook;
2 熟練使用PDCA\8D報告；Skilled use of PDCA\8D Report;
2 熟練運用QC七大質量工具；Familiar with QC seven quality tools;

任職要求：
