工作職責(zé)：
Be responsible for PCB design, simulation and validation based on supplied circuit diagram/routing instructions with schedule, functionality and quality insurance;
基于電路圖/布線要求的板級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)，仿真及驗(yàn)證并能提供計(jì)劃，功能和質(zhì)量保證
Implement PCB constraint build based on Siemens DFM rule and safety regulation to ensure good quality of design release;
基于西門子DFM規(guī)則和安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)板級(jí)約束建立以保證良好設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)布質(zhì)量
Initiate PCB layout design review, collect the feedback from review participants and optimize the design;
發(fā)起板級(jí)布線設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審，收集評(píng)審專家的反饋并優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)
Generate required PCB and PCBA data/drawings for manufacturing and PDM system archiving;
為生產(chǎn)及數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)存檔生成需要的PCB和PCBA數(shù)據(jù)和圖紙
Act as contact window between PCB supplier and R&D, and implement PCB FAIR process for mass production;
擔(dān)任研發(fā)與PCB供應(yīng)商之間的聯(lián)系窗口并且實(shí)現(xiàn)PCB首樣檢測(cè)做好量產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備
Manage and maintain EDA tool and design data server, introduce new EDA function to enhance design efficiency
管理和維護(hù)EDA工具及設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器，引入新的EDA功能來(lái)提高設(shè)計(jì)效率
要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred, major in electrical and electronic engineering, industrial automation or related
本科以上學(xué)歷，碩士?jī)?yōu)先，電子工程，工業(yè)自動(dòng)化或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)
2. 3-5 years related working experiences in PCB design, good understanding of SMT processing engineering, Multi-EDA tool experience is preferred
3- 5年上PCB設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，深入理解SMT的加工制程，熟練使用多種EDA工具者優(yōu)先。
3. Good understanding of DFM, EMC design concept, safety regulation and high-speed signal test/constraint build.
能充分理解DFM，EMC設(shè)計(jì)概念，安全規(guī)范，高速信號(hào)測(cè)試及約束建立
4.Strong capability in English reading and writing as well as English speaking
在英語(yǔ)讀寫和口語(yǔ)方面有較強(qiáng)的能力

5.Experienced on Lib setup and maintenance, good management skill on variant product development
擁有PCB器件庫(kù)建設(shè)維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擅長(zhǎng)多產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。
6.Preferably workingexperience under regular project management and process control
有在正規(guī)項(xiàng)目管理和流程控制下的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
7.Experiences in global company are preferred, and experiences in EMC tests will be big advantage.
有國(guó)際企業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先，有EMC測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)將是明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)
