Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Receive, review and process benefits applications (such as staff education allowance, staff home travel subsidy, staff loans, etc.). · Support and assist in the administrations of retirement plans · Support and assist in liaison between the Bank and benefits companies (insurance companies, retirement plan supplier, etc.). · Support reporting and analysis, mainly focusing on the benefits managed · Support and assist in planning and executing team events and annual activities, such as Inspire Day, Info Day, etc. · Assist in ad-hoc task/request as assigned Candidate Requirements · Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration,accounting, and other related fields from a reputable university; · 1-2 years of HR administration and team support experience in large multinational company. · Good numerical skill; ability to handle a huge number of data with accuracy and deadline commitment; · Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English are essential; · Proven experience with MS Office Applications is a must; · High level of confidentiality commitment, integrity, sense of responsibility.
