外貿(mào)供應鏈耐用消費品物料采購國際貿(mào)易BOM
1. Material procurement plan and ordering 物料采購計劃與下單
1) Develop procurement plans for BOM materials and non BOM consumables based on production plans and consumption forecasts
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計劃及消耗量預測，制定BOM物料和非BOM消耗品的采購計劃
2) Responsible for issuing material purchase orders, ensuring that the purchase quantity and delivery time meet the requirements
負責物料采購訂單的下達，確保采購數(shù)量、交期符合要求
3) Track and manage purchase orders, coordinate and solve problems during the order execution process
對采購訂單進行跟蹤與管理，協(xié)調解決訂單執(zhí)行過程中的問題
4) Maintain system related parameters, such as delivery lead time, safety stock level, etc., to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of order data.
維護系統(tǒng)相關參數(shù)，如交付周期、安全庫存水平等，確保下單數(shù)據(jù)的準確性和及時性。
5) Identify potential risks in material supply (such as supplier delays in delivery, abnormal consumption, etc.) and develop emergency plans
識別物料供應中的潛在風險（如供應商延遲交付、消耗異常等），制定應急預案
6) Coordinate resources to respond to emergencies and ensure that production is not affected
協(xié)調資源應對突發(fā)情況，確保生產(chǎn)不受影響
2. Inventory Management and Optimization 庫存管理與優(yōu)化
1) Monitor material inventory levels, optimize inventory structure, and reduce inventory costs
監(jiān)控物料庫存水平，優(yōu)化庫存結構，降低庫存成本
2) Handle stagnant materials, promote inventory clearance and revitalization
處理呆滯物料，推動庫存清理與盤活
3) Assist in inventory counting to ensure consistency between accounts and reality
協(xié)助庫存盤點，確保賬實一致
3. Supplier management support 供應商管理支持
4. Localization and replacement management of materials 物料國產(chǎn)化與替代管理
5 Data Analysis and Reporting 數(shù)據(jù)分析與報告
