主要職責：
配合社會情感咨詢負責人做好以下工作 To work with the Head of Social and Emotional Counselling to :
? 支持學生個人及集體來發(fā)展情感和社會技能 Support students individually or through groups to develop their emotional/social skills and mental health;
? 提供個人或團體輔導，以確定需求和關注 Provide individual or group counselling to students with identified needs and concerns;
? 根據(jù)需要進行有效的推薦和跟進 Implement effective referral to outside agencies and follow-up process as needed;
? 向學校職員和家長提供適當?shù)馁Y料，同時尊重學生的隱私保密 Provide appropriate information to school staff and parents whilst respecting students’ confidentiality;
? 實施各項計劃，以改善和提高高中部學生和員工的身心健康 Implement programmes to improve and enhance student and staff well-being at the High School；
? 為員工和家長提供適當?shù)呐嘤?，幫助他們更好地支持我們的學生度過青春期 Offer appropriate training to staff and parents to help them better support our students through adolescence.

1. 咨詢、心理或相關專業(yè)的大學本科學歷；
2. 具有學校心理咨詢工作經(jīng)驗；
3. 良好的溝通技巧，靈活應變；
4. 對于工作懷有熱情、精力充沛、具有創(chuàng)新能力并用于承擔風險；
有意向的申請人將被要求填寫一份包含詳細教育和專業(yè)背景信息的申請表，經(jīng)過安全招聘培訓的面試官將參加面試。申請人將接受嚴格的背景調查，不接受非特定性的推薦或者證明信函。入職前要求提供由政府機構或警方出具的無犯罪記錄的報告。所有工作人員每年均需接受安全制度培訓，包括鑒別、反饋和報告程序。

The school is a non-profit private institution founded in 2007, in memory of shipping magnate Sir Yue-Kong Pao, the renowned Chinese businessman, statesman and philanthropist. With over 1200 students from China and overseas, the school offers a unique Year 1-12 educational programme that integrates elements of Shanghai and international curricula, culminating with the IGCSE and IB Diploma programmes, both of which are complemented by core components of the Shanghai curriculum.
Pao School’s innovative Chinese-English immersion bilingual programme nurtures the whole person - the entire emotional, social, physical, and intellectual being – and prepares students to become engaged and responsible global citizens of the 21st century.
Pao School is divided into Primary, Middle and High School. Primary School (Years 1-5) is a day school located in Shanghai’s city centre, while the Middle School (Years 6-8) and the High School (Years 9-12) are located on the new Hongqiao campus and in Shanghai’s Songjiang District offering UK/US style boarding education as well as catering to day students.

The School offers an education rooted in Chinese culture yet integrated with an international approach and perspective, to allow students to continue studies at top universities around the world. Our goal is to develop creative, independent and responsible students through a student-centred approach to teaching, emphasizing arts, sports, group activities and community service as well as academic studies. We plan to offer full primary and secondary education, comprising five years at Primary level and seven years at Secondary level, with full boarding in Secondary. Subjects are taught in Chinese and English by native language-speaking teachers. We are working closely with leading schools including Eton College and The Dragon School in the UK as well as key schools in Shanghai to develop exchange and partnership programs.
