主要工作職責(zé)Key Responsibilities:
Impactful Teaching Practices
? Display the ability to teach in multi-model ways, inclusive of teaching methods to enable student inquiry and depth of
thinking
? Foster students’ curiosity and ability to engage one another through questions and dialogue; challenging and building
on each other’s thinking in respectful ways.
? Assist students to extend their learning capabilities by scaffolding thinking and approaches to learning needed in
lessons
? Guide students to demonstrate how they have been successful in their learning, to set goals and to make well
informed choices
? Implement the use of technology and digital resources within the classroom to support personalized instruction,
engagement and safe exploration
? Be response to student learning needs, adapting and modifying approaches to support the learning success and
challenge of all students
? Fulfil the school ethos by focusing on whole person education, internationalism and appreciation of Chinese culture
Coherent Planning, Instruction and Knowledge of Disciplinary Content
? Display a deep knowledge of the disciplines that are assigned to be taught, including essential disciplinary knowledge,
skills, and concepts.
? Seek and make evident authentic interdisciplinary connections building with students’ essential knowledge, skills and

? Ensure lesson and unit plans are well structured and build-on prior knowledge, skills and concepts

1. 大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷;
2. 具備4年以上學(xué)校教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn);雙語雙文化教師優(yōu)先考慮;
3. 相關(guān)教師資格證;
5. 精通英語;出色的英語書面表達(dá)能力及有效的人際溝通技巧;
6. 具備與學(xué)生、家長和員工建立尊重且積極關(guān)系的卓越能力;
7. 具有良好的溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
8. 開放、主動(dòng)、耐心且富有愛心。
有意向的申請人將被要求填寫一份包含詳細(xì)教育和專業(yè)背景信息的申請表,經(jīng)過安全招聘培訓(xùn)的面試官將參加面試。申請人將接受嚴(yán)格的背景調(diào)查,不接受非特定性的推薦或者證明信函。入職前要求提供由政府機(jī)構(gòu)或警方出具的無犯罪記錄的報(bào)告。所有工作人員每年均需接受安全制度培訓(xùn),包括鑒別、反饋和報(bào)告程序。

包校分為小學(xué)、初中以及高中部。小學(xué)部(1-5年級)位于上海市中心的長寧區(qū),實(shí)行走讀制。初中(6-8年級)和高中(9-12年級)位于新虹橋校區(qū)以及上海松江區(qū),采用傳統(tǒng)英、美寄宿模式(走讀亦可選)。
