主要負責公司圓錐類新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、技術(shù)改進、產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的技術(shù)指導、資料管理與完善以及產(chǎn)品市場信息搜集與反饋等。
Mainly responsible for the company's cone series new product development, technical improvement, product-related technical guidance, data management and improvement, product market information collection and feedback, etc.
Main responsibilities 主要職責：
? 負責圓錐類新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)，確保公司產(chǎn)品具有競爭優(yōu)勢，對新產(chǎn)品的可行性方案的設計，新產(chǎn)品的試制、試產(chǎn)、測試進行全過程跟蹤。
Responsible for development of cone series new products to ensure competitive advantages of our products; make feasible design proposals for new products; follow-up the whole production process of new product prototypes.
? 對原有產(chǎn)品進行技術(shù)改進與維護。
Technical improvement and maintenance of the original products.
? 解決產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)和售后服務過程中的技術(shù)難題。
Solve the technical problems in the process of product in the production and after-sales service
? 及時了解行業(yè)新技術(shù)，為產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新提供保障，協(xié)助對相關(guān)產(chǎn)品系列進行戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。
Get information about new technologies in the industry in a timely manner to provide foundation for technological innovations of the product. Assist in strategic planning of related product lines.

To succeed 任職條件：
1.機械制造及自動化或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學歷；英語具備日常聽說溝通能力。
Bachelor degree or above education background, majoring in machinery manufacturing and automation or related subjects; English with daily listening, speaking and communication skills.
2、熟悉電腦操作，精通機械制圖并熟練運用CAD、CAXA等二維繪圖軟件，熟練使用Solid works等三維軟件進行產(chǎn)品設計。熟練應用相關(guān)軟件進行有限元分析及離散元分析。
Familiar with computer operation; know well mechanical drawing and able to proficiently use 2D drawing software such as CAD and CAXA; able to skill use 3D drawing software such as Solid works for the design of products. Skilled application of relevant software to parts and products finite element analysis and discrete element analysis.
3、5年以上礦山機械設備主機研發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗，具備獨立研發(fā)完整成套產(chǎn)品的能力，具有豐富的圓錐系列破碎設備研發(fā)經(jīng)驗和產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理經(jīng)驗。
More than 5 years of mining machinery and equipment main engine research and development experience, with the ability to independently develop complete sets of products, with rich cone series crushing equipment research and development experience and product life cycle management experience.
4、熟悉礦山機械產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝流程設計，具備圓錐系列產(chǎn)品豐富的應用經(jīng)驗，能夠處理在各種不同工況條件下產(chǎn)生的技術(shù)問題，熟悉不同客戶群體對產(chǎn)品的不同需求。
Familiar with the production process design of mining machinery products, with rich application experience of cone series products, able to deal with technical problems under different working conditions, familiar with different customer groups of different needs for products.
5、工作認真負責、嚴謹細致，有良好的團隊精神和溝通能力，能承受一定的工作壓力
