    Acuity Analytics is currently looking for an individual to play a key role in supporting a top Asian based sovereign wealth fund client.

    The professional will serve as an integral member of the client’s investor service’s team to support both direct real estate investments and real estate funds. You will play a key role in portfolio monitoring, data management, and performance analytics — integrating asset-level data from direct assets and fund portfolios to enable accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
    If you’re passionate about real estate and using data to turn complex asset- and fund-level information into actionable investment insights, this role offers a unique chance to operate at the intersection of property, capital, and technology.

    Job Responsibilities:
    ? Play a key role in a strategic data program that powers real estate investment decisions — supporting both direct property investments and real estate fund portfolios
    ? Manage end-to-end data flow for real estate assets, ensuring accurate and timely integration of key metrics — such as occupancy, rent rolls, valuations, and fund NAVs — into clients’ reporting and investment systems
    ? Help establish strong data governance standards and sustainable operating procedures to uphold the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of asset-level data across a wide range of real estate portfolios
    ? Track project progress and proactively resolve operational challenges — including missing data, inconsistent formats, or delayed submissions — to ensure seamless data operations
    ? Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (like GPs, asset manager and fund administrators), aligning on data needs, reporting timelines, and project deliverables

    Qualifications:
    ? Bachelor’s degree in Real estate, Finance, Economics, Information Management, or equivalent
    ? Complete fluency in written and verbal English language
    ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
    ? Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    ? Strong passion in real estate data governance and management and has ability/experience to work with large volume of data project
    ? Exposure to financial services industries or real estate industries
    ? Possess strong learning agility, self-driven, pro-active, and great sense of purpose to relook on existing data usage
    ? Proficiency in MS Office applications. Good command of VBA, SQL, Python and data visualization tool will be a plus
