Job Purpose / 崗位職責:
The Site Accountant plays a key role in supporting operational and financial management by consolidating and analyzing data related to production, raw material consumption, energy usage, and costs. The accountant is responsible for preparing daily reports, managing cash flow, creating proforma invoices for clients, and supporting various administrative and financial tasks as needed. The position ensures timely, accurate financial reporting to support operational efficiency and business objectives.
駐廠會計在支持運營和財務管理中發(fā)揮關鍵作用,整合并分析與生產(chǎn)、原材料消耗、能源使用和成本相關的數(shù)據(jù)。該崗位負責準備日報表、管理現(xiàn)金流、為客戶制作形式發(fā)票,并根據(jù)需要支持各類行政和財務任務。此崗位確保財務信息及時、準確,為運營效率和業(yè)務目標提供支持。
Key Responsibilities / 主要職責:
1、Collaborate closely with the Production Department and Operations team to gather, consolidate, and analyze data related to production output, raw material use, energy consumption, and related operational metrics. / 與生產(chǎn)部門和運營團隊緊密合作,收集、整合并分析與產(chǎn)量、原材料使用、能源消耗及相關運營指標相關的數(shù)據(jù)。
2、Provide daily production status reports and financial summaries to the management team. / 向管理團隊提供生產(chǎn)日報和財務摘要。
3、Prepare and manage cash flow reports and forecasts to ensure strong financial oversight. / 準備并管理現(xiàn)金流報告和預測,確保財務狀況受控。
4、Create and issue proforma invoices and other client-related financial documents as required. / 根據(jù)需要制作并出具形式發(fā)票及其他客戶相關財務文件。
5、Develop and maintain Excel models and Power BI dashboards for reporting and analysis of key production and cost data. / 開發(fā)并維護Excel模型和Power BI儀表板,用于關鍵生產(chǎn)及成本數(shù)據(jù)的報告和分析。
6、Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. / 支持預算、預測及差異分析工作。
7、Assist with cost control initiatives and provide recommendations for improving operational and financial performance. / 協(xié)助成本控制措施,并提出改進運營和財務績效的建議。
8、Ensure accurate accounting of transactions related to production, raw material, inventory, and operations. / 確保與生產(chǎn)、原材料、庫存和運營相關交易的準確會計處理。
9、Support stock management, including reconciliation of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods inventories. / 支持庫存管理,包括原材料、半成品及成品庫存的核對。
10、Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits. / 在內(nèi)部及外部審計期間提供資料和支持。

Requirements / 任職要求:
1、Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. / 會計、財務或相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷。
2、At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally in manufacturing, industrial production, or a similar setting. / 至少3年會計或財務相關工作經(jīng)驗,有制造業(yè)、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)等行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
3、Strong knowledge of cost accounting, cash flow management, and operational finance. / 熟悉成本會計、現(xiàn)金流管理及運營財務相關知識。
4、Proven ability to prepare proforma invoices and client billing documentation. / 具備制作形式發(fā)票及客戶賬單文件的能力。
5、Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros); Power BI or other reporting tools experience. / 精通Excel(數(shù)據(jù)透視表、公式、宏),熟練使用Power BI或其他報告工具。
6、Strong analytical skills and ability to consolidate and interpret large volumes of data. / 具備較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,能夠整合并解讀大量數(shù)據(jù)。
7、Good organizational and multitasking abilities; able to handle daily deadlines and ad-hoc tasks. / 良好的組織協(xié)調(diào)及多任務處理能力,能夠應對日常截止任務及臨時任務。
8、English language skills (reading, writing, speaking) are a plus. / 英語能力(讀、寫、說)優(yōu)先。
