工作內(nèi)容：
The Associate M&A Manager will support M&A team in evaluating and executing strategic acquisition opportunities. This role involves managing cross-border teams, building financial models, performing due diligence and other activities required to drive M&A projects forward. 并購助理經(jīng)理將協(xié)助并購團隊評估并執(zhí)行戰(zhàn)略性收購機會。該職位涉及管理跨境團隊、構建財務模型、開展盡職調(diào)查以及其他推動并購項目所需的活動。
候選人要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Economics, Law, Engineering or related disciplines 數(shù)學、經(jīng)濟學、法學、工程學或相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷；
2. 3-5 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, M&A department of a large corporate3-5年大型企業(yè)投資銀行、企業(yè)融資、私募股權及并購部門工作經(jīng)驗；
3. Experience in evaluating and executing M&A transactions including target screening, financial modelling, deal structuring, performing due diligence and other activities required to drive M&A projects forward 具備評估與執(zhí)行并購交易的經(jīng)驗，包括目標篩選、財務建模、交易架構設計、盡職調(diào)查及其他推動并購項目進展所需的活動；
4. Experience in managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams管理項目及跨部門團隊協(xié)調(diào)的經(jīng)驗；
5. Experience working in healthcare or industrial sectors is a plus有醫(yī)療或工業(yè)領域工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to convey complex information clearly出色的英語口頭及書面溝通能力，能夠清晰傳達復雜信息；
7. Excellent attention to detail to maintain high level of accuracy in analyzing data and preparing reports具備卓越的細節(jié)把控能力，確保數(shù)據(jù)分析與報告編制的高準確性；
8. Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously具備出色的組織能力，能夠同時管理多個項目。
