3. 與內(nèi)部運營、客戶服務(wù)及產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊緊密協(xié)作,優(yōu)化端到端供應(yīng)鏈流程,提升客戶滿意度與忠誠度,及時解決跨境物流中的復(fù)雜問題。
4.定期提交市場動態(tài)分析報告,識別新興趨勢與潛在風(fēng)險,為公司戰(zhàn)略決策提供專業(yè)建議,推動業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新與增長。
1. Lead customer acquisition and relationship management in the local market, conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, and deliver customized international logistics and supply chain solutions to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives.
2. Develop and execute the annual sales strategy, set precise sales targets, monitor performance progress through data-driven methods, and ensure the achievement of the company's revenue and market share targets.
3. Work closely with internal operations, customer service, and product teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promptly resolve complex cross-border logistics issues.
4. Submit regular market analysis reports to identify emerging trends and potential risks, provide expert recommendations for corporate strategic decisions, and drive continuous business innovation and growth.

1. A background in logistics management, international trade, supply chain management or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in the industry.
2. At least three years of sales experience in international logistics or supply chain, with proficiency in customs procedures and multimodal transport systems, and the ability to independently address cross-border business challenges.
3. Exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in local languages, English, and Chinese, enabling efficient collaboration with international clients and diverse team environments.
4. Possess acute market insight and the ability to formulate precise sales strategies based on data. Demonstrate strong stress tolerance and self-motivation, coupled with exceptional teamwork skills, enabling adaptation to frequent international travel and fast-paced work environments.
