The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting company’s existing and upcoming software solutions to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
? 支持現(xiàn)有的 IT 環(huán)境：
? Support existing IT environment:
- 獨立或在經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下支持 Odoo和新平臺的系統(tǒng)
Support Odoo and new platform tickets autonomously and/or with Manager guidance
- 維護 NAS 和現(xiàn)有的本地基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施
Maintain NAS and existing local infrastructure
- 根據(jù)項目需求開發(fā)、定制和部署必要的軟件和腳本，以使公司保持最新狀態(tài)
Develop,customize, and deploy necessary software, scripts as needed to keep the company up to date as per project requirements.
- 在現(xiàn)有生態(tài)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)進行升級、遷移和技術(shù)改進
Perform upgrades, migrations, and technical improvements within the existing ecosystem.
- 協(xié)助首席技術(shù)官處理云 IT 需求
Support CTO for Cloud IT requirements.
- 根據(jù)需要支持本地團隊和外部 IT 團隊
Support local team and external IT team as required.

? Microsoft 365 and Azure workflow Optimization:
- 使用 Azure 套件軟件設(shè)計、測試并實施業(yè)務(wù)工作流程，包括但不限于 Power Automate、Copilot Studio、Agents、SharePoint 等
Design,test and implement business workflow with Azure suite software, including but not limited to Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Agents, hare Point…
? 協(xié)作與文檔編制：
? Collaboration and Documentation:
- 與高層管理人員、項目經(jīng)理、開發(fā)人員和用戶密切合作，收集功能和技術(shù)需求
Work closely with Top Management, project managers, developers and end-users to gather functional and technical requirements.
- 創(chuàng)建技術(shù)文檔，包括開發(fā)路線圖、用戶指南和發(fā)布說明
Create technical documentation, including development roadmaps, user guides, and release notes.
? 安全性和性能優(yōu)化：
Security and Performance Optimization:
- 在軟件環(huán)境中實施安全最佳實踐
Implement security best practices in the software environments.
- 監(jiān)測并提高系統(tǒng)的性能，確保高可用性和可靠性。
Monitor and improve the system’s performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Experience in deploying and maintaining software solutions on cloud infrastructure and on premises.
? 熟悉集成開發(fā)環(huán)境（IDE）開發(fā)工具。
Familiarity with IDE development tools.
? 會使用人工智能模型來開展工作者優(yōu)先。
Usage of AI models for work is a plus.
