崗位職責
1. 制定并實施供應(yīng)鏈策略，協(xié)調(diào)總部采購至相關(guān)生產(chǎn)計劃、銷售等核心流程；
2. 分析成本與效率，識別優(yōu)化機會，旨在降低總成本并提升響應(yīng)速度。此外，基于需求預測制定并實施庫存策略，以優(yōu)化庫存結(jié)構(gòu)并提高周轉(zhuǎn)率；
3. 與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、銷售及銷售運營部門開展跨職能協(xié)作，識別潛在供應(yīng)鏈風險并制定解決方案加以應(yīng)對；
4. 主動識別外部風險，包括跨境合作挑戰(zhàn)和政策變動；制定相應(yīng)應(yīng)對措施及應(yīng)急預案以減輕其影響；
5. 與集團IT部門協(xié)調(diào)，從供應(yīng)鏈角度優(yōu)化相關(guān)流程，并推動公司ERP系統(tǒng)升級的完成。
任職要求：
1、本科及以上學歷，3年以上供應(yīng)鏈工作經(jīng)驗，英語可以作為工作語言；
2、熟悉供應(yīng)鏈全流程，熟悉供應(yīng)鏈全流程（采購、計劃、物流）；
3、具備較好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力；
4、具備較好的團隊合作及溝通能力。
