Job Summary We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant to provide basic finance support to our growing subsidiaries in APAC, as well as to make sure all practices are compliance with local policies. This role is expected to be responsible for account payable, accounts receivables, tax processes and other assigned financial projects/reports. Essential Duties and Responsibilities ? Responsible for vendor payment process/ AP process ? Responsible for accounts receivable process ? Responsible for export VAT refund process ? Processing tax payments and support tax requirements ? Responsible for bank information maintenance ? Prepare weekly payment/cash receipts/cash status reports ? Prepare bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations; ? Prepare ad-hoc report per local government, management and head office requirements; ? Support auditors and ensure compliance with group policies and local regulations; ? Assist in creation of SOPs, and procedures; ? Ad-hoc projects and requests Minimum Education ? Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance related fields (full time) Minimum Work Experience (years) ? 1-2 years and above accounting working experience in international company Key Skills and Competencies ? 1. Fluent in English both oral and written. 2. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint 3. Accuracy, detail oriented, process driven, has sense of risk control and good time management. 4. Experience in accounting software is a plus Licenses, Certifications or Special Qualifications Accounting qualifications is preferable
