SAP培訓(xùn)助理ADMIN負責協(xié)調(diào)工作無技術(shù)要求行政助理
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Create scheduled SO, support engineers on SMS/TimeWriting/Call Handling errors and issues solving
2. Generate all kinds of reports and supply data analysis, like OSO, labor hours usage, parts usage, local solving rate, Install base, Contract list etc..
3. Deliver SAP relevant training to engineers as key user
4. Monitoring service processes, be the gateway of CS field.
5. Support the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations.
6. Co-work with CS manager and AM / SBM on quotations, commercial contracts preparation
7. Spare parts, Billable parts sales, quotation preparation , margin, approval process, sales order creation
8. Billable labor sales, quotation preparation, margin, approval process
9. PO recognition, approval, booking and filing
10. Close communication with customer, co-work with finance and CSCM on invoice, goods shipment, AR….
11. Support commercial contract quotation preparation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 3-5 working experience at least

1. Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
2. Strong sense of responsibility for customer service with attention to detail.
3. Excellent Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
5. Good English language skills both verbal and written
6. Excellent team player who is committed to the success of ASML
7. Motivated, pro-active, self-driven and flexible
8. SAP experience or experience in big international company will be preferred
9. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office software for report and update, such as: word/excel/ppt and data analysis
