POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for daily HR work, assist HR colleagues to finish the other work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for daily attendance management and leave reports update.
負責公司考勤的管理和假期報告的更新
- Responsible for the employees quit and new hire onboard arrangement.
負責安排員工的入離職的安排
- Responsible for the scanning and archiving of employee files.
負責安排員工檔案的掃描和歸檔
- Responsible for increase and decrease in commercial insurance.
負責商業(yè)保險的增減員
- Assist in the preparation of dispatch letters and invitations letters.
協(xié)助準備派遣函和邀請函
- Responsible for the administrative support of HR department and the company, as well as other activities.
負責對本部門和公司的行政支持,以及其他活動支持
- To complete other work assigned by the supervisor.
完成上級主管交辦的其他工作
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
職位要求:
Bachelor degree or above in related majors
相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷
Strong interpersonal communication, coordination, team consciousness is strong
具有較強的人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力,團隊意識強
Good presentation skills, have a simple English oral and written skills
有良好的表達能力,具備簡單英語書面、口語交流能力
Familiar with office software, office automation equipment
熟練使用辦公軟件、辦公自動化設備
