Job Brief
We are looking for an Tech Lead responsible for technical solution reviews, global resource coordination, and exploration and validation of Gen AI technologies. The role requires solid Python programming skills, knowledge of Gen AI, and experience in cross-team collaboration. Through technical research and POC development, the candidate will drive compliant project implementation and efficient resource allocation.
Responsibilities
· Technical Solution Validation: Conduct technical feasibility analysis based on business requirements, lead research and exploration of technical implementation paths, build POCs (Proof of Concept) through programming, validate solution effectiveness, and produce technical evaluation reports and selection recommendations.
· Technical Solution Review: Collaborate with architects, project managers, and developers to actively follow up on projects, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and solution design.
· Global Resource Coordination: Coordinate with the Global team, manage access permissions, infrastructure resource applications, and configurations to ensure timely fulfillment of project resource needs.
Requirements and Skills
· Solid programming skills and system development experience, preferably in Python, with the ability to collaborate on technical solution coding and POC implementation.
· Understanding of software architecture design principles, capable of working with architects to develop technical solutions and ensure implementation consistency.
· Ability to conduct technical research and feasibility analysis, quickly evaluate the value of new technologies, and provide professional recommendations.
· Familiarity with the features and application scenarios of mainstream Gen AI models, and the ability to align them with business needs.
· Knowledge of AI governance-related features and processes, with the ability to quickly understand corporate AI compliance requirements.
· Proficiency in using Gen AI development frameworks such as LangChain/Hugging Face and toolchains to accelerate prototype development.
· Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of effectively liaising with architects, project managers, and business teams to drive technical implementation.
· Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate technical requirements, resource applications, and project progress smoothly with the Global team.
· Basic project management skills, with the ability to assist in managing project progress and ensure accurate delivery of technical tasks.
· Strong documentation skills, capable of producing standardized technical evaluation reports, POC validation summaries, and solution documents.
· A mindset for continuous learning, with the ability to track cutting-edge technologies in the Gen AI field (e.g., multimodal models, agent frameworks) and industry best practices.
