一、核心工作職責(zé)

1. 市場調(diào)研與趨勢洞察：專項研究嬰幼兒床單及家紡類產(chǎn)品的國際市場動態(tài)，重點(diǎn)分析美國市場消費(fèi)偏好、設(shè)計趨勢及競品優(yōu)勢，輸出具有落地性的市場分析報告，為產(chǎn)品開發(fā)提供方向指引。

2. 全鏈路產(chǎn)品開發(fā)：獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品從創(chuàng)意到落地的全流程規(guī)劃，包括花型設(shè)計、色彩搭配、款式定義等核心環(huán)節(jié)，確保開發(fā)成果完全匹配海外團(tuán)隊需求，同時兼顧產(chǎn)品美觀性、實用性與安全性。

3. 供應(yīng)商精細(xì)化管理：牽頭與布料供應(yīng)商建立深度合作關(guān)系，嚴(yán)格篩選符合美國出口法規(guī)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的布料（含有機(jī)布料等環(huán)保材料），從源頭把控材料的安全性、耐用性、環(huán)保性，確保供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定且合規(guī)。

# Textile Home Products Merchandiser (Baby & Toddler Bedding Focus)
To further strengthen the capabilities of our product development team and drive the expansion of our international market business, we are now recruiting **1 Textile Home Products Merchandiser**. This role focuses on overseeing the entire product development process for baby & toddler bed sheets and home textile products. Its core objective is to create high-quality products that meet the standards of international markets (with a primary focus on the U.S. market). The role requires in-depth control of material properties, compliance requirements, and market demands to help the team enhance the international competitiveness of its products.## I. Core Job Responsibilities
1. **Market Research & Trend Insight**
Conduct specialized research on the international market dynamics of baby & toddler bed sheets and home textile products. Focus on analyzing U.S. market consumer preferences, design trends, and competitor advantages. Deliver actionable market analysis reports to guide the direction of product development.2. **End-to-End Product Development**
Independently manage the entire product development process from concept to launch, including core tasks such as pattern design, color matching, and style definition. Ensure the final developed products fully align with the needs of overseas teams while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and safety.3. **Refined Supplier Management**
Lead the establishment of in-depth cooperative relationships with fabric suppliers. Strictly select fabrics (including eco-friendly materials like organic fabrics) that comply with U.S. export regulations and standards. Control material safety, durability, and environmental friendliness from the source to ensure a stable and compliant supply chain.4. **Full Supervision of Production Process**

1. **Educational Background**
Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Product Design, or related fields. Majors in Product Design are preferred.2. **Market Knowledge**
Familiar with the operational logic of the U.S. home textile market. Capable of accurately grasping the design styles, consumer needs, and market pain points of U.S. home textile products. Experience in the baby bedding industry is a plus.3. **Professional Skills**
