Your responsibilities will include:
? Lead and mentor a team of systems quality engineers across manual,
automation, and performance.
? Prepare test design based on documented requirements and team
discussions, including SW engineers, ML engineers, and project managers.
? Take responsibility for the testing activities, including estimating test
efforts, analyzing requirements, preparation of test cases & test data, and
test execution.
? Contribute to manual, automation, and performance testing.
? Drive performance testing efforts including load, stress, and scalability
testing.
? Develop and maintain automation framework for UI, API, and Mobile.
? Provide reports and track quality metrics.
Skills & Requirements:
? Technical background and education: Bachelor’s degree in a related
technical field.
? 8+ Years of experience in systems testing.
? Strong knowledge of software QC methodologies and tools.
? Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure).
? Experience in Web and mobile testing.
? Experience in API & database testing.
? Hands-on GitHub action.
? 3+ years working with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Robot
Framework).
? Perform Analysis and Design, design reviews, and development for test
automation.
? Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, Javascript, etc.).
? Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
? Experience working in a Kanban/Agile/Scrum Methodology for streamlined testing workflows.
