職位描述:
電商運(yùn)營類/E-commerce Operation
1、負(fù)責(zé)品牌在天貓/京東/抖音/拼多多等渠道店鋪銷售,制定營銷、產(chǎn)品、推廣策略;
2、通過行業(yè)及競品分析,打造爆款產(chǎn)品和優(yōu)質(zhì)線上活動,達(dá)成線上銷售與利潤目標(biāo);
3、整合協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)外部資源,如供應(yīng)鏈、客服、第三方電商平臺小二等,做好日常關(guān)系維護(hù)。
1. Responsible for brand sales in Tmall/ JD.COM/ Tiktok/ Temu and other platforms, and formulate marketing, product and promotion strategies;
2. Create hero products and high-quality online activities through analysation of competing products and industry to achieve online sales and profit targets;
3. Integrate and coordinate the internal and external resources of the company, such as supply chain, pre and post sale services, customer services of the third-party e-commerce platform, etc., and great at daily relationship maintenance.
職位要求:
1、在2023年1月-2025年8月期間內(nèi)畢業(yè) 海內(nèi)外本科以上學(xué)歷(本/碩/博)的同學(xué)皆可投遞;
2、市場營銷、電子商務(wù)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、傳播學(xué)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
3、對數(shù)據(jù)敏感,良好的邏輯推理和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力;
4、勤奮踏實(shí),以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向,學(xué)習(xí)力和自我驅(qū)動意識強(qiáng)。
1. Candidates graduating between January 2023 and August 2025 with a bachelor's degree or higher (undergraduate/graduate/PhD) from domestic or international universities.
2. Marketing, E-Commerce, Statistics and Communication majors are preferred;
3. Be sensitive to data; have good logical reasoning and data analysis skills;
4. Diligent and practical, result-oriented, with strong learning ability and self-driven consciousness.
