? Job Responsibilities: ? Complete the construction business objectives assigned by the company. ? Be responsible for collecting, organizing, and classifying various types of construction-related business information, and reporting valid information to company leadership. ? Be responsible for overall planning and arrangement of construction business and construction personnel management, signing relevant contracts, and following up on their implementation. ? Be responsible for applying for, issuing, and delivering invoices related to construction projects to customers. ? Be responsible for statistics related to due construction fees, equipment and vehicle rental fees, and other miscellaneous charges. ? Complete other tasks assigned by leadership. ? Job Requirements: ? College degree or above (including college degree), age 30-40. ? Strong verbal expression, communication, and coordination skills. ? Strong learning ability, possessing project engineering management capabilities.
