職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
一、人力資源相關(guān):
· 協(xié)助制定并執(zhí)行馬來西亞本地的人力資源政策、制度與流程;
· 負(fù)責(zé)員工招聘、入職、離職手續(xù)辦理;
· 管理員工檔案、考勤、績效考核等基礎(chǔ)人事工作;
· 協(xié)助處理薪資福利相關(guān)事宜(可配合外部服務(wù)商);
· 維護(hù)員工關(guān)系,營造良好的企業(yè)文化氛圍;
· 協(xié)助總部完成外籍員工的工作準(zhǔn)證(Work Permit)、就業(yè)簽證(Employment Visa)等相關(guān)申請材料準(zhǔn)備和協(xié)調(diào)。
二、行政與政府事務(wù)協(xié)調(diào):
· 負(fù)責(zé)公司各類營業(yè)執(zhí)照、行業(yè)許可、環(huán)保/消防等政府批文的申請、續(xù)期與維護(hù);
· 協(xié)調(diào)第三方服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)完成相關(guān)證照辦理;
· 主導(dǎo)或協(xié)助MIDA工業(yè)執(zhí)照豁免申請及其他政府審批事項(xiàng);
· 對接政府部門(如地方政府、勞動(dòng)局、移民局、海關(guān)等),建立良好溝通機(jī)制;
· 整理和歸檔各類行政文件,確保資料完整性和合規(guī)性。
三、其他支持工作:
· 協(xié)助辦公場所布置、采購、設(shè)備管理等日常行政事務(wù);
· 支持外籍員工簽證、工作準(zhǔn)證辦理;
· 完成上級交辦的其他任務(wù)。
任職要求:
· 本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理、行政管理、法律或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
· 至少5年以上人力資源及行政相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有制造業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
· 馬來西亞華人身份優(yōu)先,能夠使用英語作為主要工作語言;
· 掌握中文(普通話)為加分項(xiàng),便于與中國總部溝通協(xié)調(diào);
· 熟悉馬來西亞勞動(dòng)法、社保體系(EPF、SOCSO)、工作準(zhǔn)證申請流程;
· 熟悉政府辦事流程,具備獨(dú)立處理營業(yè)執(zhí)照、環(huán)保、消防、MIDA等相關(guān)證照的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
· 具備馬來語(Bahasa Malaysia)聽說讀寫能力,能與本地政府溝通;
· 英語流利,可用英文撰寫郵件、報(bào)告等;
· 具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和抗壓能力;
· 能接受初創(chuàng)公司快節(jié)奏、多任務(wù)并行的工作環(huán)境。
HR & Admin Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources Related:
· Assist in the formulation and execution of local HR policies, procedures, and systems;
· Responsible for employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes;
· Manage employee records, attendance, performance reviews, and other basic HR tasks;
· Assist with payroll and benefits administration (in collaboration with external service providers);
· Maintain good employee relations and foster a positive corporate culture;
· Assist headquarters with preparing and coordinating application materials for foreign employees’ work permits and employment visas.
Administrative and Government Affairs Coordination:
· Handle applications, renewals, and maintenance of various business licenses, industry permits, environmental clearances, fire safety approvals, etc.;
· Coordinate with third-party service providers to complete license processing;
· Lead or assist in applying for exemptions from MIDA industrial licenses and other government approvals;
· Establish good communication channels with government departments (local authorities, labor bureau, immigration, customs, etc.);
· Organize and archive administrative documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
Other Supportive Tasks:
· Assist with office setup, procurement, equipment management, and other routine administrative duties;
· Support visa and work permit applications for foreign employees;
· Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Administration, Law, or related fields;
· At least 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing industries;
· Priority given to Malaysian Chinese who can use English as their primary working language;
· Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for better communication with the headquarters in China;
· Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, social security systems (EPF, SOCSO), and work permit application processes;
· Knowledgeable about government procedures and capable of handling business licenses, environmental permits, fire safety certificates, MIDA-related approvals independently;
· Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication with local government officials;
· Fluent in English, able to write emails and reports in English;
· Strong learning ability, communication skills, and stress tolerance;
· Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks simultaneously.
