崗位職責(zé):
1、熟練使用 TRIBON 或 AM 三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件,負(fù)責(zé)鐵舾裝專業(yè)方案設(shè)計(jì)(需配合輪機(jī)、通風(fēng)系統(tǒng));為電氣等各專業(yè)規(guī)劃主要通道,并協(xié)同其他專業(yè)優(yōu)化布局。
Proficient in using TRIBON or AM 3D design software, responsible for the
professional scheme design of ironwork (in coordination with the turbine and
ventilation systems). The main passageways are arranged for each major
such as electrical engineering, and the layout is optimized in collaboration with
other majors.
2、負(fù)責(zé)鐵舾裝專業(yè)各類舾裝件及設(shè)備的建模與入庫(kù)工作,能夠獨(dú)立完成各類鐵舾裝通道及設(shè)備的三維布置。
Be responsible for the modeling and warehousing of various outfitting parts
and equipment in the ironwork specialty, and be capable of independently
completing the three-dimensional layout of various ironwork channels and
equipment.
3、負(fù)責(zé)鐵舾裝設(shè)備選型、技術(shù)協(xié)議(TA)編制;與設(shè)備制造商進(jìn)行技術(shù)溝通,并簽訂技術(shù)協(xié)議(TA)等。
Be responsible for the ironwork equipment. Accessory selection, equipment
TA writing. Have technical communication with the manufacturer and sign a TA
agreement, etc.
4、負(fù)責(zé)與客戶對(duì)接鐵舾裝相關(guān)技術(shù)問題。
Be responsible for communicating with customers about technical issues
related to ironwork.
5、合同前方案設(shè)計(jì)階段,負(fù)責(zé)將下游信息整合至方案中;根據(jù)不同施工場(chǎng)地及生產(chǎn)設(shè)施,牽頭制定詳細(xì)施工計(jì)劃;協(xié)助合同前項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理編制項(xiàng)目施工方案。
The pre-contract scheme design stage is responsible for incorporating
downstream information into the scheme. Take the lead in formulating detailed
construction plans based on different construction sites and production
facilities. Assist the pre-contract project manager in preparing the project
construction plan.
6、合同簽訂后,負(fù)責(zé)向下游傳遞信息直至項(xiàng)目交付;并將合同執(zhí)行過程中積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn)應(yīng)用于后續(xù)項(xiàng)目的合同前設(shè)計(jì)工作。
After the contract is signed, be responsible for transmitting information to the
downstream until the project is delivered, and apply the experience gained
during the contract execution to the pre-contract design of subsequent
projects.
任職資格:
1、船舶工程、船舶原理、海洋工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
Shipbuilding major. Principles of Ships. Marine Engineering. Bachelor's
degree or above in a relevant major.
2、能夠熟練讀懂各類分段結(jié)構(gòu)圖及總體布置圖。
Be proficient in understanding various types of section structure drawings
and overall layout plans.
3、8 年以上結(jié)構(gòu)或鐵舾裝設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備浮式生產(chǎn)儲(chǔ)卸油裝置(FPSO)項(xiàng)目建造或改造經(jīng)驗(yàn),有鐵舾裝設(shè)備選型經(jīng)驗(yàn);具備鐵舾裝專業(yè)主管經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
More than 8 years of experience in structural or ironwork design, with
experience in FPSO project construction or renovation, experience in ironwork equipment selection, and experience as a professional ironwork supervisor is preferred.
4、熟練使用 AM 軟件進(jìn)行熟練操作,具備 AM 軟件數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;能夠使用 TRIBON 或 AM 軟件直接生成施工圖紙。
Proficient in using AM software for clinker operation. Experience in AM
software database management is preferred. Be capable of directly generating construction drawings using TRIBON or AM software.
5、熟悉至少一家常用國(guó)際船級(jí)社規(guī)范,了解《國(guó)際海上人命安全公約》(SOLAS)等常見國(guó)際公約,能夠完成鐵舾裝詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)或生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)工作。
Be familiar with the norms of at least one commonly used international
classification society, be familiar with common international conventions such as SOLAS, and be capable of completing detailed design or production design work for ironwork.
6、熟悉常見鐵舾裝設(shè)備、舾裝件及設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)、參數(shù)。
Be familiar with common iron equipment, outfitting parts, design key points
and parameters.
7、能夠獨(dú)立翻譯、閱讀和理解英文資料,并能進(jìn)行日常英語(yǔ)技術(shù)溝通。
Be capable of independently translating English materials. Read and
understand, and be able to conduct daily English technical communication.
8、了解下游設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)及生產(chǎn)流程,能夠通過協(xié)商達(dá)成共識(shí)。
Understand downstream design. Technology. Production process, and be
able to reach a consensus through negotiation.
9、了解并行專業(yè)知識(shí),能夠協(xié)同完成方案設(shè)計(jì)。
Understand parallel majors and be able to collaborate to complete scheme
design.
10、硬性要求:須有FPSO相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Mandatory Requirement: Must have FPSO-related experience.
