I. Reception & External Liaison
- Be responsible for the reception, guidance, and arrangement of company visitors (including clients, government authorities, and business partners), maintaining a professional corporate image;
- Assist in arranging visitors’ itineraries, including meeting room reservations, catering arrangements, and vehicle coordination;
- Manage the daily operations of reception areas;
- Support routine liaison and communication with local Omani government entities, partner organizations, and third-party service providers.
II. Meeting & Event Support
- Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, including pre-meeting preparation, meeting reception, and post-meeting follow-up;
- Prepare, distribute, and organize meeting materials, and draft and archive meeting minutes where applicable;
- Provide on-site support for company business events, training sessions, or large-scale reception activities.
III. Administrative Support & Coordination
- Assist with daily administrative operations, including office supplies management and preparation of reception materials;
- Support the completion of relevant administrative procedures and documentation;
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and other duties assigned by supervisors;
- Assist with other internal coordination tasks within the Administration Department.
IV. Compliance & Corporate Image Maintenance
- Comply with company policies and Omani local laws and regulations to ensure reception procedures are compliant;
- Observe cross-cultural etiquette and respect local religious and cultural customs, demonstrating strong professional conduct;
- Properly manage visitor information and safeguard company data and privacy.
一、接待與對(duì)外聯(lián)絡(luò)
負(fù)責(zé)公司來(lái)訪人員(客戶、政府部門(mén)、合作方等)的接待、引導(dǎo)與安排,維護(hù)公司專(zhuān)業(yè)形象;
協(xié)助安排來(lái)訪人員的行程,包括會(huì)議室預(yù)訂、餐飲安排、車(chē)輛協(xié)調(diào)等;
負(fù)責(zé)接待區(qū)域的日常管理;
協(xié)助對(duì)接阿曼本地政府部門(mén)、合作機(jī)構(gòu)及第三方服務(wù)商的日常聯(lián)絡(luò)與溝通。
二、會(huì)議與活動(dòng)支持
協(xié)助組織公司內(nèi)部及對(duì)外會(huì)議,做好會(huì)前準(zhǔn)備、會(huì)議接待及會(huì)后整理工作;
負(fù)責(zé)會(huì)議資料的準(zhǔn)備、分發(fā)及會(huì)議紀(jì)要的整理與歸檔(如適用);
協(xié)助公司商務(wù)活動(dòng)、培訓(xùn)或大型接待活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)支持工作。
三、行政支持與協(xié)調(diào)
協(xié)助行政事務(wù)的日常運(yùn)作,包括辦公用品管理、接待物資準(zhǔn)備等;
配合完成相關(guān)行政流程及文件整理工作;
處理臨時(shí)性行政事務(wù)及上級(jí)交辦的其他工作。
行政部其他內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)工作。
四、合規(guī)與形象維護(hù)
遵守公司規(guī)章制度及阿曼當(dāng)?shù)胤煞ㄒ?guī),確保接待流程合規(guī);
注意跨文化禮儀,尊重當(dāng)?shù)刈诮膛c風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣,體現(xiàn)良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng);
妥善保管來(lái)訪信息,維護(hù)公司信息與隱私安全。
