主要職責(zé)

會(huì)計(jì):
保持賬目清晰準(zhǔn)確，按時(shí)進(jìn)行月末結(jié)賬流程。及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地編制財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表、財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算。管理應(yīng)付賬款/應(yīng)收賬款和薪資發(fā)放事務(wù)。

確保遵守GAPP會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則、稅務(wù)法規(guī)和內(nèi)部政策。協(xié)助進(jìn)行審計(jì)工作，并負(fù)責(zé)與外部審計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行聯(lián)絡(luò)。
商業(yè)分析:
分析財(cái)務(wù)和運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)識(shí)別趨勢(shì)和機(jī)遇。開發(fā)用于績(jī)效監(jiān)控的儀表板、報(bào)告及關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)。
與團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，以改進(jìn)流程和系統(tǒng)。提供有助于成本優(yōu)化和戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的實(shí)用見解。

資格
擁有會(huì)計(jì)、金融或工商管理學(xué)士學(xué)位。
擁有 3 年以上的會(huì)計(jì)和/或商業(yè)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
對(duì)GAAP準(zhǔn)則和CAS的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有深入了解。
熟練掌握 Excel 和企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)（SAP、Oracle、NetSuite）。
具備出色的分析能力、解決問題能力和溝通技巧。

語言：英語能作為工作語言；日常溝通流暢；

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Accountant /
Business Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines
accounting expertise with analytical skills to support financial accuracy,
business insights, and strategic decision-making. If you thrive in a dynamic

Key Responsibilities


Accounting:

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform month-end close
  processes.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors.

Business Analysis:

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and
  opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and systems.
• Provide actionable insights for cost optimization and strategic
  planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and/or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and CAS financial reporting
  standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
