Responsibilities
? Provide engineering and technical support for Project Modification team supporting key accounts
? Assist to supervise modernization project in carrying out the project plan
? Ensure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirement
? Monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
? Coordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD and Housing Authority to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements
? Champion Quality, Safety and Cost control
Requirements
? Degree holder or above in Building Services / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
? 5-8 years' project management experience in E&M/ Construction field
? Experience in Otis lift and new installation project is highly preferable
? Good interpersonal and communication skill
? Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
? Able to work under pressure
? Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
