Job Description
1. Conduct project planning, implement budget control, arrange manpower scheduling and manage daily tasks;
2. Carry out communication and coordination with various offices of HKBU and BNBU for facilitating screening and registration, processing visa application, assisting with course enrolment and arranging student hostel allocation;
3. Undertake media publicity and promotion;
4. Organize company visits or cultural activities;
5. Monitor progress and prepare status reports;
6. Handle enquiries; and complete any other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
2. Preferably with experience in event and student support.
3. Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Proficient in IT, Microsoft Office applications and skilled in graphic design and video editing software.
5. Possess strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and be able to work on multiple tasks independently and collaboratively with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
