Job Description
1) Assist in human resources functions, including interviews, onboarding, probation reviews, performance evaluations, contract renewals, and promotions etc.
2) Handle daily office administrative tasks, such as procurement, asset management, and archives management.
3) Edit and manage the Faculty’s official WeChat account.
4) Support student-related affairs, such as interview arrangements for overseas students and unit transfers for exchange-in/out students.
5) Facilitate enterprise communication and cooperation.
6) Coordinate or assist in organizing Faculty events, such as retreat, the new year party, High Table Dinner, meetings, seminars, conferences.
7) Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
1) Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above.
2) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
3) Proficient in office software, with basic data analysis and report writing skills.
4) Good editing and design skills; experience in new media management, photography, or video editing is a plus.
5) Effective communication and interpersonal skills, a strong team player with a service-oriented mindset, and high sense of responsibility.
6) Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively, meticulous and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and highly self-motivated.
