Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for business requirements analysis, documentation, communication and testing related on IT application following the agile development approach. The process analysis and enhancement are applied to bring operation efficiency and well match the IT application with business process for the successful implementation.
Reporting:
Report to Product Owner of work stream
Specific Responsibilities:
1.Deliver the Impact Mapping and User Story Mapping together with PO and BO.
2.Deliver the User Story and Acceptance Criteria with data model and use case.
3.Work with PO on the workshop of requirements and solution for details.
4.Maintain the effective communication with related stakeholders.
5.Work with PO, SME, developers and QAs on day-to-day teamwork.
6.Responsible for the delivery quality and knowledge maintain.
7.Responsible for other works assigned by supervisor.
8.Experiences with agile development is preferred.
9.Experiences with process analysis and optimization is preferred.
Profile and Required Skills:
1.Proficient in software development process with more than 5 years’ related experience on requirements analysis. Preferred experiences on field of e-Commerce, UI/UX and Agile development.
2.Good knowledge on mainstream technology including software development, database, and objective oriented programming such as Java, SQL SERVER.
3.Ability to document the process workflow and deliverables with good quality.
4.Ability to solve the problem effectively with strong logical thinking & abstract modelling skills including professional tools applied like UML/Visio etc.
5.Ability to work independently and efficient team working with good organization & coordination & communication & management skills.
6.Quick learner & adopter, customer oriented and results driven.
7.Strong sense of responsibility with professional and reliable attitude.
8.Good communication in English as working language.
